Article 9 (Plan Changes)

  1. Upgrading to a higher plan: The higher plan takes effect immediately. The higher plan may be used at no extra charge for the remainder of the current billing cycle, and the higher plan's fee is charged from the next billing date. During the billing cycle in which an upgrade was made, switching to a lower plan is restricted, and the change may be made after the next billing date.
  2. Downgrading to a lower plan or switching to the free plan: Even if a change is requested, the existing plan remains in effect for the already-paid current billing cycle. On the next billing date, it switches to the lower plan or free plan, and the changed plan's fee applies from that point. However, switching to a lower plan is restricted during the billing cycle in which an upgrade was made.
  3. No pro-rata calculation or mid-term difference settlement is provided for plan changes.

Article 10 (Cancellation and Refunds)

  1. Users may cancel the auto-renewal of a paid plan at any time. Even after cancellation, the Service remains active normally for the already-paid current billing cycle and switches to the free plan on the next billing date.
  2. No refund is provided for already-paid fees, even upon mid-cycle cancellation, downgrade, or switch to the free plan.
  3. Where the Company fails to provide the Service normally due to the Company's own fault or other causes prescribed by applicable law, refunds are made in accordance with applicable laws.

Article 11 (Limitation of Liability)

The Company is exempt from liability for the provision of the Service when it is unable to provide the Service due to a natural disaster or equivalent force majeure.
